"We are going to have less of this kind of incidence, but in the meantime, we must crush the aggressors," Prof. Kithure Kindiki said. "If we entertain discussions while people are being attacked, we create a culture of impunity. We must teach these bandits a lesson of their life, if they will be alive to learn anything." Added the CS Interior.
